“In each issue, 2DArtist offers great interviews of artists and some interesting tutorials either technical or thematic (how to paint hairs, how to draw vehicles are subjects that come to my mind on the spot but there were many examples).Beside being very informative, 2D artist is also a great mag because of its layout: There are lots and lots of illustrations in each issue and, since the magazine's PDF resolution is high, even the smaller picture can be zoomed on and studied in details on your screen without pixelisation getting in the way. There's nothing much to add, after all the 100+ pages in each issues are mostly filled with drawings and technical insights: it's simply great.”

“I got a 6 month membership to try the magazine out and, let me tell you that the price you pay for the content is a steal. This magazine is loaded with so much artwork of people with talent from different parts of the world, it's unbelievable that you can get it for just 4.25 each issue.

Another thing is the tutorials; these guys have step-by-step tutorials on awesome 3d work. By this I don't mean your regular how-to-model-a--coke-can, find-for-free-o-n-line, anyone-can-figu-re-that-out-wit-h-the-software--help-window kind of tutorial, no nice realistic looking stuff, like the series on the Bugatti Veyron. These guys put the whole project together in different packages: 3DS Max, Maya, Cinema4D, XSI you name it. From the modelling to the render.
